Who we are and what we do

Pacific Real Estate Advisors is a private consulting firm specialized in the provision of real estate advisory, training and research services. The firm, which was founded in 2019, is duly registered under the Incorporated Private Partnerships Act of Ghana. Prior to the incorporation, the partners operated in their individual capacities as consultants on diverse projects and therefore bring to the team a combined wealth of experience that span about 30 years, combined.

Our aim is to make available our expertise in matters relating to real estate to a broad spectrum of clientele including businesses, governments and individuals within Ghana and the West African Sub-region. In doing this, we hope to relieve our clients of the stress and reduce the uncertainty associated with real estate transactions and decisions. Our services include:
